・Photography and video recording during the preview screening are strictly prohibited. To prevent unauthorized recording, you will be required to affix an anti-recording sticker to the camera on your mobile phone. The sticker will be distributed at the venue.
・You can not apply for both the Fan Event & Preview Screening (Reservation Slot) and the Fan Event (Reservation Slot) at the same time.
・Event contents are subject to change without prior notice.
・The event may be changed or canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as rain, severe weather, traffic conditions, or natural disasters.
・For the Fan Event, individuals aged 13 or older may apply and participate. Individuals under 13 may apply and participate only on the condition that they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
・For the Preview Screening, due to the film’s age restriction, only individuals aged 13 or older may apply and participate. Individuals under 13 may not apply or participate, regardless of whether they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
・Pets are not allowed at the venue. In addition, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the venue. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas near the facility.
・Electronic tickets are valid only during the time period indicated in the information provided. Entry outside of this period is not permitted, so please be sure to arrive within the check-in time stated on your electronic ticket.
・Only one application per person is allowed. If it is determined that the same individual has applied multiple times using different email addresses, any related winning entries may be invalidated.
・Winner notifications will be sent from the email address: donotreply_apacevents@netflix.com. Please ensure that you can receive emails from donotreply_apacevents@netflix.com.
・At reception on the day of the event, we may ask to confirm your name and age. If you do not have any form of identification (such as a driver’s license or student ID) with you, you may be refused entry.
・Tickets are not for sale. Resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited. We accept no responsibility for any issues or disputes that arise from such sales activities.
・Various media coverage and filming are scheduled to take place on the day.
・Photos and video footage taken at the event may be published on Netflix’s official social media accounts and other media platforms. By attending, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos of attendees may be taken and made public.
・Photography by members of the media and other authorized personnel is permitted within designated areas only; all other attendees are also restricted to filming and photography within specified areas. Please follow in-venue announcements and staff instructions for further details.
・Guests who do not follow staff instructions on the day of the event may be asked to leave the venue.
・The organizers cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft that occurs during travel to and from the venue or within the venue.
・The organizers and related parties assume no responsibility for any accidents or troubles arising from failure to comply with the above notices.
Handling of Information
・Personal information collected for this event may be used for event-related communications and shipments, and may also be disclosed or submitted to third parties, including public institutions such as health centers. All such information will be disposed of within three weeks after the event ends. Please be advised of this in advance.
